Saturday, October 24, 2026: The First-Ever Appalachian Autumn Festival Presented by Ballad Health Comes to Historic Downtown Greeneville

Juried artisan market, live music, food trucks, a kids zone, college football, and the Sundown on Depot Car Show all come together on October 24

The countdown is on. This Saturday, October 24, historic downtown Greeneville will come alive for the very first Appalachian Autumn Festival presented by Ballad Health, a full day of Appalachian craftsmanship, live music, and fall fun from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hosted by Discover Greeneville, the tourism division of the Greene County Partnership, the festival is free and open to all.

Makers and artisans from across the region have been juried into this year's festival, bringing handcrafted pottery, woodwork, baked goods, and a wide range of traditional and contemporary Appalachian crafts to the streets downtown. Live music from local and regional performers will play throughout the day.

Come hungry. The Greeneville Federal Bank Food Court will serve up food trucks and seasonal fall fare, and families can enjoy the Isaiah 117 House Kids Zone. College football fans will not miss a snap, thanks to a College Football TV Trailer streaming games all day.

Car lovers can get an early start. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Sundown on Depot Car Show will fill downtown with classic and custom cars for enthusiasts and casual admirers alike.
